About us
This is initiated & organised by 9A1P team, and was recognized by 9A hamradio society - Hrvatski radioaamaterski savez (HRS), who gave us strong support in 2023 !
Our goals are quite simple:
- To promote radiosport & contesting among YOUTH
- To promote contesting as most thrilling aspect of hamradio
- To provide opportunity for contesters to meet, hang out and exchange experiences
- To have fun with our friends & competition from air
What was contemplated as an idea back in the year of 2019 by some 9A1P guys, due the current lack of quality events of this kind in Europe, and was postponed because of COVID-19 - finally came to birth in 2022!
First event, then called Istra Contest Meeting in 2022 got quite attention and attendance, and we knew already then - we will do that again... and again!

Best known for one of top ten most funny hamradio videos , that utterly gave him a title of "Sleeping beauty".

Ua 2,5kV + GS-31B = 1,5 kW
He built tube linear amplifier when he was 12 years old. When he graduated another one , this time solid. He went to WRTC 2023. Without both of them.

Got Youth invite in 2022(2023) WRTC. Thnx to Srđan, 9A3SMS, his team was winner in PHONE category.
